Switch to digital invoices

To reduce your own ecological footprint, you can choose to not receive your invoices by regular paper mail any longer. Instead we will send you an email to notify you when we generate an invoice and send you the original digitally. You can still view or download your invoice duplicates online as a PDF.

You can change the setting to either receive your invoices via mail or via email yourserlf, on PriorBase.

1. You go to PriorBase and log in with your PriorBase login details. If you don't remember your login or password, you can find guidelines for that on the same login page.

2. Once you are logged in, you click on 'Client details' in the top menu.

3. At the bottom of the page you set 'Paper invoice' to 'No'.

You can change the setting as many times as you like. There are no extra charges to receive the invoice by email or mail.
