How do I transfer a package to someone else?

The following procedures apply when your package is currently active at PriorWeb and you wish to transfer it to another owner. Packages and domainnames can be transferred using the transfer or trade procedure in our order wizard.

You wish to transfer a package from another PriorWeb customer or to another customer

This situation applies only when the package is already active at PriorWeb. It will be transferred to a completely new customer. You cannot up- or downgrade the package during the transition.

Startup procedure

The current owner of the packages has to send an email to accountancy@priorweb.be mentioning 'Customer migration package'. Also include the details of the new owner: name of contact, email address, home or company address, phone number and, if applicable, company name with VAT number.

Also specify if ownership of the domain name has to be transferred to the new customer (possible cost of up to 20,00 EUR to be paid by the new owner). Both parties will receive an email with instructions on how to confirm the transfer.

You just started a business and wish to add or alter your VAT number

It is possible to add or alter your VAT number. Future invoices will mention the new VAT number, previous invoices remain unchanged.

Startup procedure

Send an email to accountancy@priorweb.be mentioning 'Copy customer'. Also mention your (new) company name and VAT number. You will receive a confirmation as soon as the migration is finished.

You wish to transfer a specific package you own to another person

This procedure can be used when one specific package in your ownership should be eg. invoiced to another company.

Startup procedure

Send an email to accountancy@priorweb.be mentioning 'Move package'. Also provide the new company name and VAT number, and the package you wish to transfer. You will receive a confirmation by email as soon as the migration is finished.
