How can I upgrade my account?

You can upgrade your account by sending an email to our help desk on support@priorweb.be. Don't forget to mention your domain name, username and your customer id.

The cost for an upgrade is calculated by dividing the yearly fee of your current and new package, taken into account the months that have already passed, and with a minimum of 10,00 EUR.

Our help desk is at your service and more than happy to calculate the costs for you, and also give you advise on the best package for your needs. All upgrades will be completed within the next 24 hours after your confirmation. You will receive the invoice within the next couple of days via post.
