How can I change my email address?
Your email address is an important part of your contact information. A lot of daily communication like activation emails and order confirmations will be sent via email.
It's not possible to update the email address in PriorBase yourself. This is something that has to be done by our help desk.
When your email address is changed or out of order, you need to contact our help desk by phone. You can ask the help desk representative to update your email address. For verification purposes, it could be possible that he asks you some personal questions about your account.
Important: you cannot call us from a private line with a suppressed number. We will then deny any request.
You can reach us from Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM, and on Friday from 9AM to 4PM on this number:
