What is the workflow of a package renewal?
All packages, unless agreed otherwise, are for an indefinite term. This means that when we do not receive any cancellation request at least 30 days before your package is renewed, we will renew it automatically.
At least a month before the renewal of your package(s), we will send you an email in which we remind you of the upcoming renewal(s). If you want to make changes to your packages or billing details, you can let us know by simply replying to that email.
