How can I configure web forwarding?

1. Go to Controlpanel and log in with the login details from your activation email. The username is your domainname (without www).

2. Click 'Forwarding' in the menu, then 'Change'.
If you have a webhosting account, you first need to click on 'Subdomains' and then on 'Forwarding' in the menu next to your subdomain.

3. Enter the destination in the 'Address' field. This is the location the domain name needs to forward to. Then choose either forwarding or redirect. With forwarding, the domain name will remain visible in the address bar, at all times. With a redirect, however, the destination address will appear in the address bar when opening your website.

If you choose forwarding, you will also be able to enter a short description and some keywords which describe your website. This can help getting your website into search engines.

You can also add the external location of a favicon. Favicons are the little icons some web sites have. These icons are usually displayed in the bookmark list or, in some browsers, in the address bar when visiting the web site.

When you click 'Edit', the changes will be effective within 30 minutes.
