Domain name
I would like to change the owner of my domain name, is this possible?

It is possible to change the owner of a domain name. There are a few different procedures depending on the domain name extensions.

.BE

An owner change for a .BE uses the normal transfer procedure. You can request the new registrant info during your order.

.EU

If all the licensee details need to be changed, we need to start a TRADE procedure. The cost of this procedure is 20,00 EUR, usually paid by the new owner. Both parties (the current and new owner) need to accept the trade via an online interface. If the company name is filled in in the licensee details, all details (except for the company name) can be altered without costs.

You can choose to start a trade procedure by ordering via our website.

Please note that if the domain name is already in our system, meaning it is active on our systems, you will not be able to order via our orderwizard. This domain name will have to be traded internally.

.NL

To change the domain name holder, we need to receive a form signed by both the previous and new owners.

Other extensions

Licensee details for all other extensions can be changed without costs (unless the registry changes this procedure). You can contact our help desk to make the necessary changes
