General > How can I manage all mail boxes for my domain name?
This article describes how you can use the postmaster account to manage your mail boxes.
Users can edit their personal mail box settings and consult the quarantine list without logging in as postmaster, but by using their own log in details. Their user name is the first part of the email address, the part in front of the @-symbol. Eg. when your email address is joe@priorweb.be, the user name becomes 'joe'.
1. Go to Mailmanager and log on with the postmaster account. The login details for this account can be found in your activation mail.
2. Click 'Mailboxes' in the menu.
3. Now you can manage all accounts. Click the account you want to view our change, and all relevant options will load in the menu.
