General > How can I set a catchall?
This option makes sure all email sent to non-existent email addresses gets delivered to an existing mailbox, which you can define.
1. Go to Mailmanager and log in with the postmaster account. The login details can be found in the activation email. The postmaster account is the main account with special rights to manage all mail settings for your domain name.
2. When you're on the main screen, click 'Catchall' in the menu. You can always return to the main screen by clicking 'Mailmanager home' from the menu.
3. Now click 'Enable' and enter the email address that needs to receive your catchall emails. Click 'Change' to confirm. Once the catchall is enabled, you can also enable or disable the spam and virus filter.
Changes to the catchall setting are active immediately.
