Mail filters > How can I consult the quarantine list for my mail box?

1. Go to Mailmanager and log on with the log in details of the mail box you wish to consult the quarantine list for. The 'User name' is the first part of the email address in front of the @-symbol. Eg. if your email address is john@priorweb.be, the user name for the mailmanager is 'john'.

2. Click 'Spam quarantine' in the menu.

3. You will now get an overview of blocked spam messages. You can remove messages from this lit, or when it is not spam, forward them to your mailbox. Select the messages you would like to remove or forward and click 'Delete' or 'Forward'. To view blocked virus messages, click 'Virus quaraintaine' in the menu left.

When you forward messages that aren't spam, our filters will adjust themselves using the message to prevent these messages from being blocked in the future.
