Mail filters > How can I enable the spam or virus filter on a forwarder?
Forwarders are used to send email, received by the forwarder, to another email address. You can also enable the spam or virus filter on forwarder. All messages blocked by one of the filters, will be added to the quarantine of the postmaster account.
1. Go to the Mailmanager and log in with the postmaster account. Login details for this account can be found in your activation email. The postmaster account is the main account and has special righs to manage settings on your domain name.
2. Click 'Forwarders' from the top menu.
3. Now click the forwarder you want to edit in the list.
4. You can click the icon of 'Spam filter' and 'Virus scanner' to alter the setting.
Changes to these settings are active immediately.
