Mail filters > How can I enable the spam or virus filter on my mailbox?

1. Go to Mailmanager and log on with the login details of the mailbox you wish to enable the spam or virus filter on. For 'Username' enter the first part of your email address (the part before the @-symbol).

2. When you're on the main screen, you can click 'Filter settings' in the menu.

3. You will now get an overview of the filter settings for your mailbox. Click the icon to disable or enable a filter.

Changes to these settings are active immediately.
