General > How do I create a mailbox?

1. Go to Mailmanager and log in as postmaster. The login information can be found in the activation mail sent to you when your hosting account was created. Postmaster is the main account through which you can configure all email settings for your domain name.

2. Click 'Mailboxes', then click on the button 'Add'.

3. You can now create mailboxes with a minimal quota of 20MB, and then enlarge them (every time by 20MB) until your mailbox disc space is reached. You can define how you allocate your disc space over your mailboxes. There is no maximum mailbox quota set for mailboxes.

When you click the 'Add' button, the mailbox will be created and is available immediately.
