Most Belgian providers like Skynet, Telenet and Scarlet block the default SMTP port 25, so you can't use the PriorWeb SMTP server. That's why PriorWeb has a second SMTP server available on a port that isn't blocked by the providers.
1. Go to Tools -> Accounts.
2. In the column left, click 'Outgoing server (SMTP)', then the 'Edit' button.
3. You now change the value of the 'Port' field to 587, instead of 25. Click 'OK' to confirm.
You have now changed the SMTP port and should be able to send email using the PriorWeb SMTP server.
