Software > How can I subscribe myself to folders in Webmail (IMAP)?
When you use the IMAP protocol to fetch your emails, you will have to subscribe yourself to all mail folders you would like to see in your mailbox overview. Normally this is something that is already done for you automatically. In some cases, however, the mail folders can disappear out of your overview, and you will need to manually subscribe to them again.
These are the instructions for subscribing to mail folders in Webmail (http://webmail.priorweb.be).
1. After you logged in on Webmail, you click on 'Folders' at the top of the page.
2. Click the folder you wish to subscribe to, and click on 'Subscribe'.
3. Log out of Webmail and then log back in, and the folders will show up again in your overview.
