#1045 - Access denied for user: '#USER#@localhost' (Using password: YES)
The problem
The username or password is incorrect.
The solution
Please check if the username and password are correct (case sensitive) and if the database actually exists.
If you get this error when logging in via phpMyAdmin, it is also possible you are connecting via the wrong server. If in doubt, please contact our help desk.
