How do I reset the root password of my VirtualServer?
When you are unable to log on to your VirtualServer because you have lost your password, you can reset it online via PriorWeb Controlpanel.
1. Log on to PriorWeb Controlpanel with the login details you can find in your activation email.
2. Click 'Tools' from the menu.
3. Now you can enter a username ('root' by default) and a new password in the section 'Password reset' to reset the password of the user. You can also reset the password of non-root users by entering their username.
The password will be changed in just a few seconds.
