530 Login incorrect

The problem

The username or password are incorrect.

The solution

Please check if you have entered both the username and password correctly. The password is case sensitive, which means you need to copy capitals exactly as displayed in the activation email. The best way to make sure you entered the correct password, is by copying it out of the activation email (without spaces) and pasting it in the password field in your FTP client. If you do not remember your password (eg. it has been changed), you can request a password reset.
