550 Permission denied

The problem

You don't have the necessary permissions to execute the action that you are trying to perform (read, write or execute).

The solution

You can change the file permissions on your account with your FTP client. Give enough (but not too many) permissions like write permissions when you want to edit or delete a file. If this doesn't solve your problem, contact our help desk and ask them to verify the permissions and ownerships of the file or folder on your account.
