How do I create a sub domain?

It's possible to create sub domains with every web hosting package. If your domain name is 'domain1.be', 'test.domain1.be' is a sub domain of it.

1. Go to the Controlpanel and log on with your FTP login details.

2. Click 'Subdomains' and then on 'Add'.

3. Enter the desired name of the sub domain, and select your domain name. For example if you want to create 'test1.domain.be', you enter 'test1' and select the domain name 'domain.be' from the list.

Also select which PHP version should be set for that particular sub domain. You can change this as many times as you like, even after the sub domain has been created.

Click on 'Create'.

The subdomain is now active on the system, and you will see an extra folder in you FTP overview. It may take up to 30 minutes before it will be accessible for the outside world. We strongly recommend not to visit the sub domain after you just created it.
