The PriorWeb quality system is in line with all requirements of the internationally used ISO 9001:2008 standard. PriorWeb is one of the few web hosters in Belgium to obtain this status and thus provides a guaranteed quality that is certified by an accredited third party. The quality system consists of a few major compenents, such as customer satisfaction, a process-based approach, registration of facts and figures, a constant improvement and a guaranteed quality follow-up.

What is the ISO 9001:2008 standard?
