Extended phone support for our helpdesk

PriorWeb is well-known for her quick and most of all reliable support services. Our helpdesk send a reply within the hour to 91,06% of the emails received during the office hours, and 99,82% of all emails (no matter when we received them) get an answer within the next 24 hours. A number we're proud of.
No expensive numbers, complicated menu choices or call centers that give you superficial answers, but people that know what they're doing.
To give you even better support in the future, we're now extending our office hours for phone support. We will now be available from 8AM until 7PM on weekdays. You can also chat with us via our website. We will also promise you a reply within 24 hours to all emails that you send us.
