Managing packages just got easier, yet again
We hate to cancel domain names and packages, but that's part of the game too. There are always customers with short term projects - and therefore also temporary websites - or businesses that cease to exist. That doesn't mean we shouldn't make this experience as smooth as any other at PriorWeb. We always want to provide you with the best service, no matter what the question is.
To make it easier to cancel domain names and hosting packages, we therefore added a "Cancel" button in the package overview on PriorBase. With this button, you'll add a package cancellation directly in our system. Within 48 hours you will then receive an email confirming that the cancellation will be executed at the next billing cycle.
And like always, we send out reminder emails whenever a package is about to be renewed (and billed). Starting November 1st, you'll be able to cancel these packages directly from that email. We've also rewritten the entire email to give you a better overview and understanding of the packages that are about to be renewed.
