More and more customers go digital

We are delighted to announce that in just one quarter, the percentage of customers that chooses to receive digital invoices, increased with about 3,5% to 13,65% in total.

PriorWeb makes it easy to her customers to do this, with the offering of a digital invoice instead of a paper version. Customers can change this easily in their customer settings or during the online order. The original digital invoice is sent via email as a PDF the moment it is generated in our system.

We try to set an example in our daily work, by choosing to work in a 'paperless environment'. That means we try to ban paper as much as possible and choose to work with digital media. Incoming and outgoing faxes are no longer printed but processed digitally. Documents that we receive from customers and suppliers, are immeadiately digitalised and processed online.

In our future office, that is being finalized at the moment, we emphasize the paperless environment further and do everything to stimulate it.

Technically, PriorWeb is also 'green': our datacenter infrastructure, which consists out of servers, switches, storage, routers and other hardware and which is used to maintain our services, runs on 100% green power. You can find more information on that here.
